  • New internal compliance program

As Compliance Week kicks off, our team will be launching off the first-ever Protenus Compliance Month to celebrate everything compliance and ethics brings to our organization and the industry.

As part of our inaugural compliance month, our team will be rolling out a new and improved internal compliance program, including more comprehensive privacy and security training using a new security training platform. This platform has a wealth of courses designed to educate our team on a multitude of privacy and security related topics and also have a robust phishing campaign that automates the process of enforcing best practices and re-training our team members.

We will also host an internal lunch n’ learn session to detail the new compliance program and provide examples of industry best practices for compliance and ethics. Team members will have the opportunity to engage with our Information Security Officer, Privacy Officer, and members of our legal group for a lively and targeted discussion on compliance and ethical behavior.

Our team is also transitioning our mandatory employee training to occur during our compliance month as opposed to being completed on their work anniversary date. This migration allows for more efficient tracking of completion rates as well as adherence to company requirements. Throughout the month, our team will have the opportunity to test their knowledge with compliance-related quizzes and crossword puzzlesearning prizes for mastering their industry knowledge.
